My Favorite Sport

Personally, I really like sports, but I don’t really participate in any competetive sports. I love running and jogging, and I do it a lot; going to and from bus stops, going up stairs, e.t.c. In school, I do archery for P.E., and I don’t plan on changing it as I really like it. Outside of school. I do Muay Thai, which is a martial art in which we hit with our fists, elbows, knees, and legs. Sometimes, after Muay Thai, I also go swimming, around 300 to 500 meters (6 to 10 laps). My favorite swim is probably the breaststroke, with the backstroke as a close second. I also do exercise at home. My workouts usually consist of planks, push-ups, fingertip knee push-ups, and lateral raises. I used to think I could do 30 pushups, but after I started doing proper form push-ups, that number quickly fell to 10.
