Generally, I like eating and cooking. I always try to eat healthy, (usually just whatever my mom cooks) but occasionally, I eat a little chocolate, and I don’t really feel all too bad about it, because I don’t eat a lot of it. I generally don’t cook a lot, but if there’s nothing already cooked and I’m hungry, I sometimes cook for myself. I usually cook scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, along with some fruits and vegetables. If I feel like it, I might make a salad, but most of the time I end up just adding some diced tomatoes to the scrambled egg. Sometimes, on school days, I go several hours without eating a proper meal (not by choice) and when I eventually eat, I often wind up overestimating how much I can and need to eat. I generally have pretty good eating habits, but on weekends when I’m home I end up snacking a lot. Sometimes as a snack I eat some chocolate, sometimes cereal, sometimes fruit. I end up eating snacks up to 5 times in 1 day.
