Nowadays, phones are very important for many different things. People use them to communicate with each other when they’re far apart, they use them to tell the time, to check the weather, to see the news, e.t.c. However, the only thing you might urgently need a phone for is long-distance communication in case of an emergency.

I think phones shouldn’t be banned, as it is important for people to have this method of communication. In case of a medical emergency, people can call their family members, and vice versa. Furthermore, if their family has plans or an appointment and they have to leave class early, then if the teachers have been informed, parents can tell them when to leave easily rather than contacting the teacher or principal.

However, phones are also very disruptive for children. A lot of times, they use their phone to go on social media, play video games or talk with their friends. This tends to take their attention off of class, which means then they might miss their teacher’s explanation of an important subject. For this reason, I think their phones should be placed on the far corner of the desk, and if a student is caught using their phone it should be confiscated until the end of that lesson. This means that students can access their phone if it’s necessary, however, they cannot distract themselves or avoid classwork.

For most people in Gen Alpha, being a Youtuber is a big dream. While this can work, one problem with starting a Youtube channel in recent times is that most large creators are already established. While we do get some creators which see sudden rises in popularity, a very large part of these creators had been making videos for many years.

While you could artificially make your channel popular by following trends and creating content based off of that, this is not guaranteed to work. Moreover, one of the main appeals of Youtube as a career is that untl it takes off, depending on what kind of content you make and your target audience, content creation can serve as a hobby or an extension to another hobby rather than a part-time job.

However, other than revenue from views and sponsors, there are other ways Youtube can be used to make money. For instance, Youtube could serve as an extension to your job. If you are trying to start a business, make a game, e.t.c. you could use content creation for advertising.

The legalization of physician-assisted suicide is a very controversial topic, and has been for hundreds, if not thousands of years. It usually involves a physician providing a patient with a lethal dose of drugs which lead to a painless death, typically with the patient’s consent, though it’s also done when they are completely incapable of giving consent, such as in the case of a coma. This is usually done by people who have a painful, terminal illness.

If someone has a disease that cannot be cured and they want to die, then continuing to treat them may just prolong their suffering. In this case, it could be better to euthanize them. In fact, while physician assisted suicide is not legal in many countries, euthanasia is, as if someone has been in a coma for years and does not have high chances of waking up, continuing to keep them alive will most likely just waste healthcare resources.

On the other hand, there are also reasons not to legalize physician-assisted suicide. For instance, if someone has information that could be compromising to the government, the government could have them diagnosed with a terminal illness, then euthanized under the pretense that they requested it. While most countries have some regulations regarding physician assisted suicide, the problem is that the government enforces these regulations, so afterwards they could pretend that the euthanasia aligned with regulations.

Personally, I would say physician assisted suicide should be legal, but with heavily enforced regulations. However, I feel like I would need to look into it more to formulate an actual opinion, because this is a very controversial topic with a lot of nuances and gray areas.
