I recently ordered a pair of new red sneakers. They arrived today, and I seem to have gotten someone else’s order, as they are in the wrong color. As compensation, I would like to return these and get my order without any additional charge. I’ve used Amazon for a very long time, and this is quite disappointing. I hope you can resolve this issue.
